All Levels Stand Up Paddleboarding and SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga at Oglebay Resort


Enjoy all the benefits of paddle board yoga, with the added safety, comfort and beauty of Oglebay's historic swimming pool! 

Each 75 minute session is all levels and open to beginners, though we will also offer more challenging options as folks progress in their practice.

Classes include:
~ an introduction to the basics of the board
~ guided meditation
~ pranayama (breath work)
~ plenty of yoga asana and movement!
~ gentle stretching with introspection
~ savasana (soothing final relaxation)
~ photos + extra time to play & paddle!

Dress comfortably, as you would for a hot yoga class, or wear a bathing suit under something comfy. Towels are provided. Please wear sunscreen, arrive hydrated and at least ten minutes early. REGISTRATION OPENS AT 8:00AM ON MAY 5TH at www.mkt.com/happygoatyoga !

$35 / session / limited to 12


Classes will be held 9:00am - 10:15am every Tuesday & Thursday throughout the month of June. (We may offer an occasional weekend or evening!)


All classes are all levels (basics of the board, full yoga class, plus time to play or paddle) and are taught by Lindsay Schooler, E-RYT, YogaAllianceCEP and Certified SUP Yoga Center Instructor.

We are grateful once more to have the privilege of hosting a variety of Stand Up Paddleboard experiences on some of our most beautiful local waterways! Stay tuned to see which lakes we explore this season, finding mindfulness, fun, laughter and peace together on the water.


We generally paddle evenings and weekends at Barkcamp Lake in Belmont, OH and Friendship Lake in Smithfield, OH, but we may venture to other local lakes, as well, so stay tuned!
