This 90 minute beginner's workshop is intended to introduce you to some of the foundational postures of yoga, in a slow and gentle manner. We'll explore strength, flexibility, and balance, in a fun, safe, and judgement free atmosphere.
This workshop will incorporate props, modifications, and optional assists to ensure your comfort, safety, and enjoyment.
