All levels gentle yoga for healthy energy and stress relief with Lindsay Schooler, ERYT. Learn a variety of myofascial release techniques that can be easily recreated at home on a regular basic, while enjoying sublte aromatherapy and mellow acoustic music by fellow yogi Jason Treuman.
