Join three of our experienced teachers for this sweet Autumn series that's sure to soothe. Begin with an introspective Yin pose or two to strengthen joints & connective tissues before melting into a fully Restorative Yoga practice aimed at calming the sympathetic nervous system (stress response) and stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system's calming response.
Open to all levels, no expererience needed. This grounding practice is fully supported with bolsters, blankets, blocks, and your compassionate teaching team.
