Paddleboard Yoga at Four Seasons Pool

Elevate your winter self-care with floating yoga classes at the incredibly beautiful and warm Four Seasons Pool! With Lindsay Schooler, ERYT, classes open to all levels, no experience is needed. What to Expect: Gentle warmup, plenty of mindful movement for spinal health, more challenging movement for folks desiring a challenge, and a deeply soothing final relaxation floating on waves of bliss! What to Wear: Any comfortable workout clothing, or a bathing suit under comfy clothes. Please bring a towel, and if you like, an extra change of clothes just in case. SUP Yoga at Oglebay Resort

Enjoy all the benefits of paddle board yoga, with the added safety, comfort and beauty of Oglebay's historic swimming pool! Taught by Lindsay Schooler, E-RYT and Certified SUP Yoga Center Instructor. All equipment is provided.
